1 Fill it in
- 01 Location & Shift: Site, WTG and Day or Night shift
- 02 Status & Details: work completed, how the turbine was left, EIP's in place (pick Yes to enter the EIP number), where the Team Kit is, Team-Lead, your email and Date
- 03 Work Summary: what was done
- 04 Photos: tap the box to take photos or pick them from your gallery. On a laptop you can also drag them in or paste with Ctrl + V. Max 18 MB in total.
- 05 Outstanding for Next Shift: what's left to do and what to bring
- 06 Parts & Materials: parts left, returned, sent back faulty or taken for another WTG
- 07 NCR / ATS / Snag / ZCH: closed and open

2 Press Send Handover
The email goes straight to the team, with your name and email on it. When they reply, it comes to you.
First time
You'll be asked for the team code. Ask your Team-Lead for it. This phone remembers it after that.
With photos, wait for the upload to finish. If it fails (bad signal), everything stays filled in, so just press Send again.
i Good to know
- You get a copy of every handover you send. If there are a lot of photos, your copy comes without them, but the team gets them all.
- Your Team-Lead name and email are remembered for next time
- Reset form clears everything
